    This Giving Tuesday, we at Same Thread are excited to announce some changes! Because we greatly value the education of women and girls, going forward, a portion of all of Same Thread's proceeds will now go directly to education in the village where our clothes are made. We believe that education is the key to economic empowerment and can help break the cycle of poverty. We also believe in investing in the community where are items are made in order to have a wider impact. Styling Your Same Thread: Cheering up the Chill

Styling Your Same Thread: San Francisco is For Lovers

Last weekend two friends and I thought it might be a good idea to brave the thirteen hour drive to San Francisco on a whim. Arriving at seven am on Friday morning, we took a nap then hit the streets, making stops at Tartine Bakery, Philz, and a couple eclectic shops in the Mission. My sister, a local San Franciscan, brought us to Bi-Rite Market where we had debateably the best ice cream in the West!
